I bought my sewing machine first and then my over locker from them .I have been extremely grateful for Roy and Sheila’s patient help ,advice and encouragement to get the most out of my machines . There have been numerous occasions when they have sorted out technical problems for me and it is reassuring to know that they are only a phone call away.They run the Bernina club where for an annual subscription you can register your machine and have it professionally serviced by them to keep it in tip top condition.This is well worth the money as a Bernina machine is a considerable investment.

Your Comments: Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, no hard sell or rushing. A great find on the edge of the city centre – so handy to pop in and try a couple of models. I had a list of three to view. They very kindly set up each machine to try, gave a quick demo then I was in the hot seat. I soon discovered the machine for me. Looking forward to setting up and learning to sew again 🙂
MKC Services have a great selection of domestic machines from good quality basic models to mind blowing, 21C computerised embroidery/quilting/craft machines.
There is customer parking for 30 mins behind the unit – do phone in advance to arrange a time and collect a parking slip.

Your Comments: Highly delighted with the full service I have received from MKC Services. The website is easy to navigate, the ladies in the shop were very helpful and there was no pressure to purchase from them. I bought a used Pfaff quilt ambition 2.0 from them and I am delighted with the product, the description was very accurate on the website and the lady set it up for me to try before I bought. I would definitely recommend this company for new or used products and would certainly buy from them again myself.

Your Comments: This is the first time I have had my embroidery machine serviced. I was very dubious about leaving my machine. I read all the testimonials for this company so but the bullet. Only I could put my beloved machine in for a service as we then go into a 2nd lockdown. Anyway true to his word exactly 1 week after I took it in, he rang & my machine was ready to collect. It runs like a dream. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend this company.

I got a phone call from them to say that they had fixed it. I am so grateful. This is not the first time they have fixed an old machine for me. I am so grateful. They really know what they are doing. She demonstrated the capabilities of the machine and gave me lots of helpful tips on how to get the most out of it. Sheila has a vast knowledge and happily answered all of my questions.
